This Agreement shall be effective for the entire counties of Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, Otsego, the Townships of Andes, Bovina, Middletown, Roxbury, Franklin, Hamden, Stamford, Delhi, Kortright, Harperfield, Meredith and Davenport in Delaware County, Townships of Columbus, Sherburne and New Berlin in Chenango County and the Township of Catskill in Greene County. Include Dutchess County, Townships of Greenport, Claverack, Philmont, Germantown, Livingston, Hillsdale, Taghkanic, Gallatin, Copake, Ancram, City of Hudson in Columbia County for asbestos, toxic, hazardous waste and lead abatement.
