How to Print Out SUF History

HOW TO PRINTOUT SUF HISTORY
· DOUBLE CLICK ON NYS LABOR DEPT
- Center of screen if using computer at Local 17
- Left side of Home Page click on "GET UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE".
· CLICK ON CHECK PAYMENT HISTORY
- (Center of Screen) you might have to scroll down —
· Scroll down again.....ENTER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. CLICK ON LOGIN
· The next screen will ask for you PIN — ENTER PIN
— CLICK ON CONTINUE
Scroll until you see VIEW PAYMENT HISTORY
· TO PRINT - GO TO FILE (Upper Left hand Corner)
- CLICK ONCE — Find Print and continue
